Maintenance Technician - The Halcyon

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in accordance with policies and safety standards.;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work.;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from the property's maintenance department and track inventory usage; notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.;
Complete documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are properly recorded and tracked.;
Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage, and trash removal.
