MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Salary: $25-to-$35 per hour depending on experience

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our Bridgeview Village community in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance management, project management, and general maintenance.

• Manage and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation

• Proven experience in maintenance management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective communication within the team
• Knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Leadership qualities to lead a team effectively
