ResponsibilitiesAs a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for our owners and guests.
Duties include:
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the resort.
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Completing work orders related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general facilities maintenance.
- Conducting routine inspections of resort facilities and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Delivering outstanding service while interacting with guests, owners, and fellow Team Members.

Schedule:
Variable shifts based on business needs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years' experience in maintenance.
- Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
