The Opportunity

PLA School Custodians are responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of the school building. Ensuring that the building is always kept clean, sanitized, and well‑maintained in support of the success and pride of our scholars and our school staff.

• Maintains cleaning schedules that are set up by school leadership/Ops leadership
• Empty trash bins regularly
• Maintain all forms of safety in and around the school
• Re-stock material
• Makes sure assigned cleaning tasks are executed in a timely and orderly manner
• Submits reports to the supervisor concerning repairs that must be made

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working in a school environment
• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
