** About the Opportunity
** Are you an experienced maintenance professional who takes pride in ensuring facilities are safe, clean, and operating smoothly? We're looking for a dedicated  
** Maintenance Technician
** with at least  
** 2 years of maintenance experience
** to join our team. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.  
** Key Responsibilities*
* +  
** Facility Cleanliness & Order**  - Perform heavy cleaning duties including floor care, rug shampooing, wall and window washing, and waste removal to maintain a clean and organized facility.

+  
** Routine Maintenance & Equipment Care**  - Monitor and perform basic maintenance on building systems such as furnaces and boilers, helping ensure safe and efficient operation.

+ Conduct routine inspections and notify management of repair needs before issues become major problems.

+  
** Outdoor Grounds Management**  - Remove snow, debris, and other hazards from sidewalks, entrances, and common areas to keep the property safe and accessible.

+  
** Proactive Facility Upkeep**  - Complete regular facility walkthroughs, identify maintenance concerns, and take action to uphold high facility standards.

** Qualifications*
* + Minimum of  
** 2 years of maintenance or related experience** .

+ Strong understanding of general building maintenance, cleaning procedures, and facility operations.

+ Ability to identify maintenance issues and address routine repairs independently.

+ Must be able to successfully complete a  
** background check and drug screening** .
