Night Cleaner, Part Time, Industrial Site

Salary Range: $14.00 To $15.00 Annually

Account Manager (AM)

Basic Function:
Ensure the accounts they are assigned to are being cleaned according to specifications.

• Clean independently in assigned building and areas.
• General cleaning and detailed cleaning of industrial settings such as restrooms, break rooms, coffee bars, kitchenettes, offices, conference rooms, common areas, stairwells, and trash removal.
• Clean within budgeted hours.
• Report concerns to the AM (e.g., maintenance, safety issues, needs).
• Follow safety procedures such as wearing safety goggles, steel-toed shoes, safety vest, proper chemical use, etc.
• Clock in and out on the job site using a personal cell phone with precise location and actively monitor the cleaning app to resolve customer issues in the system.
• Restock necessary supplies and communicate with the AM on needs such as chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Keep janitorial closets and spaces stocked, neat, and organized.
• Maintain site confidentiality and follow safety standards.
• Flexibility and availability to work overtime if needed, and flexibility to work outside of regular hours.
• Prioritize daily responsibilities to meet company and customer standards.
• Must possess good customer service skills. This is a customer-facing role that requires maintaining professionalism at all times.
