Welder - Plant

Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $21.45 - 25.75

• Responsible for welding and reworking products using MIG/TIG techniques per specifications and blueprints.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding (AWS 3G/4G) on steel, stainless, aluminum per blueprints and weld symbols.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment; follow detailed operator instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect work and prior processes to ensure quality and production flow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; support 5S and lean initiatives.

• High School Diploma or GED; excellent attendance and positive attitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications.
• Pass a welding certification test; prior welding experience/certifications preferred.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to rotate across weld areas, wear PPE, work overtime, and pursue skill development.
