As a Technician, you’ll be providing top‑tier fryer management and kitchen cleaning services to commercial kitchens, all while working on the move. Mobile Fryer Management:
Operate our cutting‑edge Mobile Filtration Unit (MFU) to provide essential fryer services to commercial kitchens.

Teamwork:
Work with our amazing team to clean and maintain kitchens in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Service:
Perform service demos, interact with kitchen staff, and build long‑lasting relationships with clients.

Safety First:
Follow all safety protocols, keep your van and equipment in top shape, and ensure clean, safe work areas for every service call.

Record Keeping:
Log service notes on the app after every visit and report any van or equipment issues to your supervisor.

Comfortable, professional attire: T‑shirt, navy blue pants, and non‑slip shoes.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

0-1 years of service‑related experience. Previous kitchen experience is a plus!

Driver's License: A clean driving record and the ability to operate a van and mobile equipment safely.

Physical Stamina:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly, relay important information, and maintain positive client interactions.

Flexibility:
Willing to work evenings and nights in a fast‑paced environment.

Flexibility to manage your schedule and take pride in your independent work.

Safety Consciousness:
We provide all necessary equipment and training to keep you safe on the job.

$600 Sign‑On Bonus: $300 after 90 days, and another $300 after 180 days!
