We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Part-Time General Maintenance Technician to help keep our commercial property running smoothly and looking great. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a variety of tasks that keep the day interesting, this could be the perfect fit.
🏢 What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be our behind-the-scenes hero, helping keep everything safe, functional, and in top shape. No two days are exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun!
Your Superpowers Will Include:💡 Replacing and repairing lights and fixtures
🚽 Tackling toilet repairs and light plumbing tasks
🔨 Handling general building maintenance and minor repairs
🖼️ Hanging items and assisting with office setups or modifications
🎨 Painting and patching sheetrock when needed
📋 Jumping in to help with other maintenance requests from management
✅ What You Bring to the Team:At least 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience
Reliability and punctuality (you show up and get it done!)
The ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more
Flexibility when needed
A self‑starter attitude with strong problem‑solving skills
Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
💪 Physical Side of the Job:This role keeps you moving! You’ll regularly:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Reach, handle, and work with your hands
Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl when needed
Lift and move up to 50 pounds
Use close vision and adjust focus for detailed work
