Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Charlotte, NC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained to the highest standards. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, addressing service requests, maintaining the functionality of industrial systems, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property. The role requires collaboration with the on-site team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills
• Knowledge and experience in Preventive Maintenance strategies
• Background in Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred
