This role features a Monday-Friday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm schedule, structured training rotations, leadership-level earning potential, and limited after‑hours responsibility. Lead when you need to, develop others daily, and build something that lasts.

As an HVAC Technician Trainer
, you’ll be part of our training team that supports the Horne Tech Academy
, leading ride‑alongs for Entry Level Technicians, conducting call reviews, delivering technical and communication training, and developing entry‑level technicians into independent, revenue‑producing professionals both in the field and in the classroom. You’ll protect standards, sharpen skills, and hold the line for the new generation of technicians. The work requires patience, intensity, and accountability. The expectations are high. The responsibility is real.

But the impact is bigger than any single service call. This is the kind of position where you don’t just fix systems – you build technicians. What We Expect

Required Certifications & Training
