As an HVAC Technician Trainer
, you’ll be part of our training team that supports the Horne Tech Academy
, leading ride‑alongs for Entry Level Technicians, conducting call reviews, delivering technical and communication training, and developing entry‑level technicians into independent, revenue‑producing professionals both in the field and in the classroom. You’ll protect standards, sharpen skills, and hold the line for the new generation of technicians. The work requires patience, intensity, and accountability. The expectations are high. The responsibility is real.

Pay

Experience developing in‑field and classroom curriculum for entry‑level technicians. Strong communication skills and confidence leading ride‑alongs and evaluations. Proficiency in maintenance processes, service documentation, and in‑field systems. The discipline to track performance, document progress, and hold trainees accountable.

Required Certifications & TrainingEPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification. Completion of required IAQ and SBE training courses within designated time frames.
