Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead property maintenance operations and deliver excellent resident service. You will own the role onsite, oversee service requests, and contribute to preventative maintenance.
Ideal candidates have supervisory experience and a broad skill set including HVAC, plumbing, painting, pool maintenance, drywall, grounds, and carpentry; EPA or CPO certification is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.
