Maintenance Tech – Residence Inn / Fairfield Inn

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team at the Residence Inn / Fairfield Inn hotel located in Maryland Heights, MO. This person will be responsible for maintaining the physical hotel property and grounds. They will perform necessary repairs and all preventive maintenance to ensure a safe environment.

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are kept to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is recorded.
• Use supplies issued for cleaning and maintenance duties carefully and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping.
• Perform pool chemical testing.
• Maintain storerooms in a clean, neat, and organized state.

• At least one year of facilities maintenance experience.
• Certifications such as HVAC are a plus.
