3rd Shift cleaner- Customer Service II

• Pay or shift range: $17.50 USD to $18.50 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

We are seeking to hire a General Cleaner/Project Custodian
. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• 2-5 years cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Full-Time/Part-time.
• Pay rate $17 to 18.50 an hour.
