Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Maintenance Supervisor for a leading role in our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth running of our operations, overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of high‑tech machinery and systems in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLC systems, lathe, mill, pneumatic systems, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot and repair electronic and robotic systems, coordinating with external service providers as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards, fostering a culture of safety and quality within the maintenance team.

Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

Participate in cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in maintenance within the manufacturing industry

Extensive knowledge of PLC systems, lathe, mill, and other manufacturing equipment

Proven experience with machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and equipment maintenance

Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems

Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Solid knowledge of quality control principles and safety compliance in a manufacturing environment

Excellent mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment

Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization

A relevant technical qualification would be advantageous

Bachelor’s degree preferred
