Arqline in Charlotte, NC, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site repairs across multiple properties. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, and safety equipment, ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires hands-on leadership, inventory management, and coordination with the Property Manager. You must be available for 24-hour emergency response and travel between properties as needed.
