The Senior Maintenance Coordinator (Sr. MC) leads Facilities Management operations for the community, ensuring a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents, families and team members. This role oversees building systems, grounds maintenance and regulatory compliance while managing team performance and departmental budgets.

• Oversee daily facilities operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and equipment repair
• Respond to building emergencies and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests
• Maintain life safety systems, fire protection equipment, alarm systems and disaster preparedness protocols
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control and risk management standards
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintain required logs and documentation
• Prepare resident rooms for move‑ins and oversee grounds and first‑impression areas
• Develop, schedule and supervise maintenance team members
• Manage departmental budget, vendor relationships and purchasing processes
• Train team members on safety procedures, emergency response and equipment operations

Pay Range: 27.30 - 42.00

• In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non‑discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
