Range Water Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, safety, and make-ready at multifamily communities. You will manage the maintenance team, schedule tasks, and ensure quality across buildings and common areas.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, 1–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/One Site. EPA/I/II or Universal and pool/spa operator certifications are a plus.
