Greystar is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to keep Pringle Square in Charlotte, NC well‑maintained, safe, and welcoming. You will inspect grounds and amenities, assist make‑ready tasks, remove debris, and support the service team to uphold curb appeal daily.
The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible hours including evenings or weekends. Schedule is Monday–Friday with up to 20 hours per week.
