Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Follows procedures for obtaining materials, supplies, and equipment and tracks inventory;
Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed
