Maintenance Technician - Alexan Overlook

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property, diagnosing and repairing defects following safety and code standards;
Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by performing make-ready tasks, inspections, and coordinating needed vendors;
Access and manage materials, supplies, and equipment from the maintenance department and track usage;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed; support cost-control by using parts efficiently and avoiding waste
