LB&B Associates Inc., a nationally respected leader in facility management and operations, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Custodial Supervisor to join our team supporting the Mecklenburg County Courts in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mecklenburg County Courts, Charlotte, NC - Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 12:00 pm - Language Requirement:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required

- Supervise and lead custodial staff, including schedule preparation and oversight
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure all work specifications are met to the highest standards
- Perform administrative duties, including completion of necessary forms and submittals
- Manage and monitor custodial supplies during your shift
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and provide on-the-job training for your team
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for court staff and visitors
- Minimum of three (3) years custodial supervisory experience required
- Experience with marble polishing and maintenance, carpet care, and snow removal
- Knowledge of recycling, HAZCOM waste handling, and waste removal
- Expertise in floor maintenance, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and use of both automatic and manual floor machines
