The Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting for a hospitality focused cleaning enthusiast to join our team! This position is responsible for cleaning services to residential homes. Our staff performs a variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties that exceed industry guidelines and leave a lasting impression on everyone they serve. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm and occasional weekends. Pay is starting at $15/hour, based on experience. The position is located in Charlotte, NC 28210.

Primary responsibilities include performing cleaning services to residential homes daily, performing scheduled annual deep clean, cleaning floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items, cleaning all bathrooms, cleaning and polishing glass panels, doors, and partitions, straightening and rearranging furniture, cleaning building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways, and removing soiled laundry and returning clean laundry to residences in an organized manner.

Qualifications include the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English; the ability to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday; the ability to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push/pull on a cart; and being age 16 or older.
