Sysco Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Learn and perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on tractors, trailers, and related equipment to maximize safety, reliability, and cost efficiency;
Perform maintenance repairs including diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, fuel and ignition systems, exhaust, HVAC, liftgate hydraulics, and related systems under guidance;
Document all work on the work order (SAP) with complaint, cause, and correction information;
Assess roadworthiness and DOT compliance prior to releasing equipment back to operations;
Collaborate with management to schedule prioritized fleet maintenance while considering operation needs and preventive maintenance compliance
