Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including inspections and scheduling;
Follows procedures to obtain materials and tracks inventory, returning unused items;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; light cleaning, painting, and related tasks
