Event Setup & Maintenance Team Member

Are you a hardworking, dependable team player who enjoys staying active and helping create memorable experiences? We are looking for an Event Setup & Maintenance Team Member to join our team and play a key role in preparing our clubhouse and event spaces for weddings, banquets, meetings, and special events.

In this hands-on position, you will help create exceptional experiences for our members and guests by ensuring the clubhouse, event spaces, and grounds are clean, safe, organized, and event ready.

• Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet and event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and other furnishings.
• Help maintain the appearance of the clubhouse through routine cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, windows, chandeliers, furniture, and exterior areas.
• Support the laundry operation as needed.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and report equipment issues promptly to management.
• Work closely with management and maintenance staff to ensure the highest standards of appearance, safety, and service.
• Keep all work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support club operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities.
