As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll help ensure employees have the safety equipment they need by keeping our customer vending machines stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

• Restock PPE vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized
• Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed
• Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines
• Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service

This position supports three customer locations in the Charlotte, Welcome, and Lexington, NC areas.

• Charlotte: Service one customer plant twice per week
  , for approximately 10-14 hours total per week
  . The plant operates from two separate buildings across the street from each other, so driving between the two buildings is required
  . Customer site needs to be services between 7:00am - 2:30pm.
• Welcome & Lexington: Each location is serviced every other week
  , with approximately 1 hour of work per visit
  .

Schedules are generally completed Monday through Friday
, with service times coordinated around customer availability.

You’ll be successful in this role if you are:

• Reliable and dependable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Comfortable performing light mechanical tasks

• Previous inventory experience is required
• Metatarsal guards are required at this customer location and will be provided by Magid.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Personal smartphone and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in manufacturing environments that may be noisy, dusty, or have varying temperatures
• Ability to work independently and manage inventory with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs
• Ability to follow customer-specific safety procedures
