Shipping and Receiving

Shipping Lead

Record shipment data such as weight and dimensions; pulling, picking, packing outgoing shipments (including large items such as exhausts)

Sitting, standing for long periods of time, frequent bending, frequent heavy lifting (50 lbs. +) climbing tall ladders

Non-Exempt

• Packing, sealing, and labeling materials for transport
• Using hand tools and/or power tools
• Assists in receiving department if necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
• Maintains regular and prompt attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Work efficiently with or without supervision
• Following instruction and procedures
• Ability to lift heavy objects or packages (over 50 lbs.)
• Proficient time-management

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication
• Team player
• Organization
• Task completion
• Familiar with auto parts
