Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Location:

Louisville, TN.

• Overall care of the building and grounds following proper cleaning procedures.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop and empty trash in different areas of the building on a daily basis.
• Operate floor buffer machine and scrubber machine to clean rugs around the building.
• Clean glass on all doorways and entrances to offices.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after cleaning offices.
• Notify management of need for repairs when necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous experience in custodial field (preferred).
• Ability to comprehend basic written and oral instructions.
• Internal and external customer service skills.
• Ability to cooperate with others and maintain good personal and grooming habits.
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly working area to maximize efficiency.

The work may involve occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. Noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
