What You'll Be Doing

* Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained

* Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors

* Walk your sites regularly, keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention

* Take care of minor repairs and maintenance tasks as they come up

* Flag bigger issues to the management team so they can be handled quickly

* Stay on top of your schedule and wrap up jobs completely and correctly

* Keep simple, accurate records of the work you've completed

Schedule

* 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)

* 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

Physical & Day-to-Day Requirements

This is a physical, on-your-feet role. You should be comfortable:

* Climbing ladders and stairs

* Bending, kneeling, and working around equipment

* Lifting up to 75 lbs

* Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions

* Able to talk, sit, stand, stoop, and bend.

* Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, customer service skills.

* Demonstrated leadership skills and willing to be an effective team member.

* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.

* Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, and problem solve.

* Excellent hand-eye coordination, able to grasp and assemble objects.

* Excellent vision or corrected, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, excellent hearing.

* Knowledge of OSHA safety regulation
