Custodian

Preparing event spaces and other support buildings on our beautifully maintained property is one of the important duties needed in our next Custodian team member! Along with being responsible for cleaning office spaces daily, you will ensure spaces reserved for events as well as other spaces visited by guest are in pristine condition and ready for guest to be amazed!

Position Title: Custodian

Location: Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits

Hours: Full-time on site, 40 hours per week, 5 days with at least 1 day being on the weekend, 7 am - 3:30 pm - Occasional holiday availability may be required

Wage: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr depending on experience

• Mopping, vacuuming, removing trash, cleaning windows, cleaning restrooms, cleaning carpets, sweeping, dusting, overall ensuring cleanliness of buildings in a timely manner
• Contribute to team: perform other duties as required to meet business needs and provide assistance as needed completing and collaborating on projects/tasks
• Maintain supplies: daily inventory, anticipating needs, place orders, and verify receipt
• Drive company vehicle around property, transporting necessary cleaning supplies and equipment

• Minimum two years of housekeeping experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a professional attitude: greet guests, employees and vendors with a warm, friendly manner
