The Scion Group LLC is hiring for on-site temporary staff at The Flats at West Village, Charlottesville, to support apartment turnover for 4–8 weeks. Responsibilities include maintenance, inspections, grounds keeping and basic office tasks to ensure a smooth move-out and move-in experience for residents.
Candidates should be reliable, physically fit and customer-focused, able to lift up to 100 lbs, and commit to the full turnover window. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
