Stock and inventory management: receive and organize deliveries, verify incoming inventory for accuracy and quality, rotate inventory using FIFO standards, organize cooler/freezer/dry storage, maintain inventory levels and communicate shortages, execute weekly and monthly inventory counts;
Facilities & maintenance: complete preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment, perform minor repairs and adjustments, coordinate vendor service visits, maintain maintenance records and work orders, complete weekly facilities and equipment audits;
Restaurant readiness: complete deep cleaning and organization projects, maintain storage rooms, loading dock, dumpster area, and back-of-house organization, ensure equipment and work areas meet cleanliness and food safety standards;
Help create an organized, safe, and efficient environment for the entire team
