Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance plans for all facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen appliances.;
Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify wear, malfunctions, or safety hazards, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions.;
Coordinate with external contractors and internal departments to schedule and oversee maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.;
Maintain accurate maintenance records, track work orders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.;
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot issues to restore functionality efficiently.
