BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Charlottesville, VA. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in providing quality repairs and excellent service to residents.

• Complete apartment service requests and work orders
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed
• Assist with unit turns, including drywall, painting, and minor renovations
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain curb appeal and support overall property upkeep
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to complete work orders independently
