Position: Sous Chef — Lead High-Quality Lodge Kitchen
A fast-growing company in Charlottetown is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations. Responsibilities include managing staff, menu design, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the food service industry, with 2 years as a Sous Chef. Ideal candidates will have a positive leadership style and knowledge of international cuisines, as well as food safety certifications.
