At The Brickhouse, we offer casual food done fine, and fine food done casual. Behind the brick walls of our 1800s warehouse, you will find a big city feel right here in historic Charlottetown.

• Cleaning dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans and utensils
• Restocking cleaned dishes and utensils
• Ensure dishes are cleaned and stored in a timely fashion
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Follow all operations policies and procedures
• Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Love for building strong relations with team members
• Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Experience working in a kitchen is an asset
• Must possess a desire for personal and professional development
• Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
