The Brickhouse Kitchen + Bar, our food is our story, you can see it in every plate we prepare. We take passion to the plate, telling the story of the Brickhouse and of our own journeys as cooks. We feel the only way to tell these stories is by supporting local merchants and suppliers. We locally source the best ingredients to create dishes inspired by our life experiences.

• Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
• Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Follow all operations policies and procedures
• Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Love for building strong relations with team members
• Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too

• Cooking experience is considered an asset
• A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
• A desire for personal and professional development
• Availability to work on weekends from 9 am to 5 pm is considered an asset
