Part-Time Caretaker

Location:

Chaska, MN

Hours:

10-12 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Pay:

· Common Area Cleaning: $16.37 per hour

· Grounds Work / Apartment Turns: $18.37 per hour

· Snow Shoveling: $20.00 per hour (as needed)

Metes & Bounds is looking for a Part-Time Caretaker to help maintain one of our apartment communities in Apple Valley, Minnesota. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained by assisting with:

· Cleaning common areas such as hallways, entryways, and shared spaces

· Vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining indoor common areas

· Emptying trash and recycling containers

· Walking the property to pick up trash and debris

· Keeping entryways, sidewalks, and outdoor areas neat and presentable

· Assisting with light grounds work including weeding and general upkeep

· Helping with apartment cleaning during unit turns when needed

· Shoveling snow in the winter months as needed

What We're Looking For

· Self-motivated and dependable

· Comfortable working independently and staying organized

· Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean

· Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with the Property Manager

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Valid driver's license required

· Ability to pass a background check
