Position PurposeUnder general supervision, perform cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities.

Hours:
Monday - Friday; 2:45PM - 11:15PM
Salary: $23.25/hr + $0.40/hr shift differential
ReportingResponsible to: Director of Buildings & Grounds
Qualifications /Physical Requirements
- Lift 70 lbs waist height occasionally
- Lift 50 lbs to chest high regularly
- Extended walking
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
- Must be in good general health
- Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance
