- Wednesday: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm & Saturday
- Sunday: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (Thursday and Friday Off)
Salary: $25.21 per hour + $0.40 per hour shift differential
Responsible To:
Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, Custodial Supervisor/Head Engineer/Night Lead/Building Principal
Under general supervision, perform maintenance and cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities; and perform related work as required. The employee may be assigned to work at different buildings depending on the needs of the district.
Qualifications- Lift 70 lbs at waist height occasionally
- Lift 50 lbs to chest height regularly
- Extended walking
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
- Must be in good general health
- Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance
- Ability to obtain a 2nd Class Boilers License
This full‑time (40 hrs/week) position is posted per twelve‑month contract. Pay includes additional compensation for boiler licenses and certifications when obtained. Eligible for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112, plus enrollment in Minnesota’s largest retirement pension. The position is eligible for overtime and compensatory time.
