Maintenance Supervisor Our Mission
Legacybox helps families reconnect with the most meaningful moments of their lives by digitizing and preserving recorded memories. Every tape, film reel, and photo we process represents a piece of someone’s history. Our production facility depends on reliable equipment and systems to handle these memories with care, and our Equipment and Repairs team plays a critical role in making that possible.
Aboutthe Role
Legacybox is seeking an Asset Reliability & Maintenance Manager to own the performance, longevity, and reliability of our digitizing equipment fleet. This role is responsible for managing several million dollars in production assets across more than 1,000 unique media-related machines, ranging from high-value, single-purpose equipment exceeding $100,000 to smaller modular units in the hundreds of dollars.
This is not a traditional facilities or break-fix maintenance role. The primary focus is ensuring our digitization assets are clean, calibrated, repairable, swappable, and operational every day. The role blends asset lifecycle ownership, SOP creation, team leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and continuous improvement, with meaningful partnership across Production, R&D, and Finance.
Facilities maintenance represents less than 10% of the role.
