Team Support Associate

We are a growing commercial furniture dealership looking for a dependable and versatile Team Support Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly. This position supports multiple areas of the business — including sales, project coordination, and warehouse receiving — and plays a key role in ensuring that our clients receive excellent service from start to finish.

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers in the showroom
• Support account executives and project managers with quotes, proposals, and product specifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
• Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring details are correct and complete.

• Place and track orders with multiple manufacturers and vendors.
• Monitor lead times and shipping schedules, updating team members and clients as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies, backorders, or damaged shipment issues quickly and professionally.

• Receive and inspect incoming furniture shipments in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure accurate delivery schedules and complete project readiness.
• Maintain organized inventory records and assist with logistics for outgoing installations.
• Work closely with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support documentation, scheduling, and communication for multiple ongoing projects
