Position: 1st Shift Janitorial Office/Warehouse (Lead Position)


Shifts available:

• Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
• CAN TAKE DIRECTION
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time
• Requirements: MUST be able to work alone. MUST be physically capable of performing duties. On feet for entire shift. MUST be reliable!
• Perform cleaning & sanitizing duties, dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, scrubbing, empty trash cans, etc. in small office and warehouse facility.
