CHATTANOOGA - Commercial Cleaning Technician

Overview

We are hiring for EXPERIENCED Commercial Cleaners in Chattanooga, TN. The position provides thorough cleaning of assigned areas. PAY is based on prior cleaning experience. Clean Right Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

• Obtains needed equipment and supplies for assignments.
• Keep assigned work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintains safety standards at all times, including wearing proper PPE.
• Perform various cleaning duties as required, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, climbing up and down a ladder (6 ft max), and handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Deliver all equipment and supplies back to shop when job is completed.

• Previous experience in cleaning or related fields is preferred.
• Must show up for work on time and maintain dependability.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a working smartphone (scheduling and time clock are app-based).
• Ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, and multi-task.
• Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting, and climbing.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as required by supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and teamwork.
• Adhere to company dress code and wear Clean Right Uniform when working.
• Respect co-workers and customers and communicate in English.
• Willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen.
• All newly hired associates will be on a mandatory 60 day probationary period.
