Detail-Focused Truck Washer – Daytime

• Provide porter services and maintain cleanliness of the building throughout the day
• Use mobile app for clocking hours, reporting completed tasks, and following checklists
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to established specifications
• Perform general cleaning duties using approved solutions, including:
  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms
  • Cleaning windows and glass partitions
  • Dusting furniture, walls, equipment, and machinery
  • Polishing furniture and fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, or shampooing
• Perform non-routine floor care when needed (stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing)
• Handle trash removal and ensure cleanliness of all waste containers
• Monitor building safety and security, including locking doors after hours and checking for hazards
• Identify and report any required repairs, supply needs, or equipment issues to the Site Supervisor
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and contract requirements
• Build positive relationships and support client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service at all times

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in janitorial or cleaning services in a community or commercial setting
• Must pass an extensive background check
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Dependable, honest, hardworking, and punctual
• Strong attendance record (regular and predictable attendance required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service and quality work

Monday to Friday – First Shift
Plus every other Saturday for fleet wash: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
