The Commercial Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, conducting inspections, training employees, and ensuring all assigned facilities are cleaned according to company and client requirements.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of custodial staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
• Assign daily work schedules and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Conduct quality control inspections and correct deficiencies.
• Communicate with clients and management regarding service needs and concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations as needed.
• Assist with cleaning duties when staffing shortages occur.
• Complete inspection reports, timesheets, and other required documentation.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
