We are a family of local McDonald’s owner/operators with 19 years of success, and we’re looking to hire a Company Equipment Specialist to oversee equipment maintenance across our restaurants in North Georgia
, North Alabama

As a Restaurant Maintenance Specialist
, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of all our restaurant locations.
- Competitive Pay: $18-$28 an hour, based on experience.

- Lawn Care & Landscaping:
Mulching, weed-eating, and general groundskeeping. - Pressure Washing & Cleaning:
Keeping building exteriors, windows, and roofs looking clean and professional. - General Handyman Work:
Repairing tile, fixing doors, lot striping, painting, minor plumbing, etc.
- Attention to Detail:
You have an eye for cleanliness and can keep our locations looking pristine. - Work Ethic & Integrity:
You take pride in your work and act with integrity. - Physical Stamina:
This role requires physical work and being both indoors and outdoors. - Basic Maintenance
Skills:
Previous experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
