M&M Industries, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Facilities Support teammate to perform custodial and facility duties that keep a clean, safe, and organized workplace. The role supports daily upkeep with routine cleaning, organizing, and basic maintenance following all safety standards.
Shifts are 12 hour days on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (A shift 6:45 AM–7:00 PM, C shift 6:45 AM–7:00 PM). No prior experience required;
High School Diploma or GED is required; must be able to lift 40+ lbs
