is responsible for performing custodial and facility-related duties that help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role supports overall facility upkeep through routine cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance tasks while following all safety and cleanliness standards.

12 hour days, 2-2-3 rotating schedule, A shift, 6:45AM–7:00PM, C Shift 6:45AM–7:00PM

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles
• Clean building interiors including floors, carpets, rugs, and other surfaces
• Clean and maintain offices, break rooms, and restrooms
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean assigned machines and work areas of dust, debris, and grease
• Perform pest control activities as needed
• Operate and perform minor maintenance on floor scrubbers
• Stock and maintain required cleaning supplies
• Maintain safety railings and designated walkways throughout the facility
• Perform other duties as required

• Ability to use cleaning supplies and custodial equipment
• Highly organized
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

• High School Diploma or GED required

• No prior experience required
• Less than one (1) year of custodial experience preferred

• Ability to lift over 40 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and bend or stoop as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include hot or cold conditions
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
